COVID-19 Pest Protocol

At Classic Insulation & Pest Control, we’ve implemented a COVID-19 Pest Protocol. So we can help protect you and your family. Not only from pests but also the spread of COVID-19 (Cornoavirus). Additionally, we have our staff and the entire community in mind during these challenging times.

We’re open and available to both serve you and meet you needs!

Plus, we’ve established protocols to ensure that we can provide our regular services. While we also protect your investments without interruption.

COVID-19: Technician & Customer Protocol

Due to recent guidelines regarding COVID-19, all regular service visits will focus on:
  • Exterior Checks
  • Exterior Controls
  • Limited Personal Interactions
If you require assistance with either a problem or potential concern inside your home, please let us know. We are more than happy to make appropriate accommodations for those needs.

Our Team is Committed to COVID-19 Pest Protocol

  • Wearing both gloves and a mask.
  • Wearing booties, when necessary to protect your property.
  • Keeping used gloves away from faces.
  • Keeping hand sanitizer in our trucks.
  • Maintaining a 6’ buffer zone.
  • No personal contact.
  • Safe greetings. For instance, either a wave, a nod or a bow.
  • Asking customers to use their own pen, if necessary.
  • Requesting permission before entering a home.
  • Not touching your interior possessions.

What to Expect When Our Team Arrives

We’ll knock on your door to let you know we’ve arrived. Then, we’ll update you when we leave. If you prefer we do not knock, then please leave a note on the door asking that we don’t knock. We’ll call you instead. Thank you for entrusting us with your greatest investments. We will continue to serve you throughout this stressful time in our world.
