 Spiders may decrease the number of flying insects around your home, but there comes a time when there are too many spiders taking over your home. If you start to notice these 3 signs of a hobo spider infestation, it is time to call in pest control to take care of it.  

• Lots of Spider Webs

1. This is the easiest way to tell if you have a spider infestation. If your home is starting to look like Halloween decorations are up year-round, then the spiders have taken over.

• You See Egg Sacs

1. Spiders lay hundreds of eggs at a time in an egg sac. Once they hatch, there will be hundreds of little spiders all around your home. It’s best to call in an exterminator to get rid of these egg sacs.

• Check Dark, Hidden Area

If you’re noticing the signs of a hobo spider infestation but can’t seem to find them, check dark corners in the attic, basement, or closets. Be cautious when doing this as hobo spider bites can be very dangerous. If you feel unsure, call an exterminator to do it for you.
